Scheduled Maintenance Window
Our datacenter migration from Los Angeles (LA) will take place on Sunday, March 9, 2025 from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM PST.
Service Impact
- Mail filtering: No impact - will continue to function normally
- Continuity Portal: Intermittent or no access during the transition
- Quarantine Access: Intermittent or no access during the transition
- Mail Logs: Intermittent or no access during the transition
Important Notes
- Brief outages (minutes) may occur during the two days prior to the move as we prepare equipment for transport
- No data will be lost - all logging data, quarantined items, and Continuity mail will be preserved
- All data will be fully repopulated within 24 hours after the move is complete
Support During the Maintenance
Our support team will be focused on the migration during this period:
- Please expect delays for non-urgent ticket responses
- For urgent issues, clearly mark your tickets as "URGENT"
- Include your contact information for critical matters
