Update: February 15. 10:05 am PST. The data center has halted our move due to issues stemming from yesterday's move (not our servers). We will update when we have a new scheduled time. Mail logs, Quarantine and Continuity will be available shortly.
Update: February 15. 7:24am PST. The data center move has begun. We have been told the move will be finished by 6:00pm.
Saturday, February 15. 7am - 7pm PST (approximately)
We've just been notified by our Los Angeles data center that we are being forced to move all of equipment out of the datacenter to a new facility, and that this move will happen February 15th between 7am and 7pm PST. We are not being given an option to schedule it separately. At this time, we have not even been able to get a reasonable explanation as to why this is happening - we were just informed it was happening, with less than 14 hours notice.
Email filtering services will remain operational during this period, as our distributed email filtering processes will continue in our other datacenters, but we could see some delays in processing email during peak periods.
We do expect to lose access to the Continuity web portal, Quarantine, and the Mail Logs feature of our Control Panel during this downtime.
We apologize for the short notice - we have had no more notice than this ourselves.
Please rest assured that we will be examining our relationship with this datacenter provider once this has all settled.
