Daily SPAM report should include *ALL* blocked messages
Presently, the SPAM tab in Mailroute contains emails that trigger Mailroute's SPAM filter plus any that match my personal blacklist. These messages then appear in the daily (for me) summary email so I can be sure no important emails are missed.
Mailroute also traps other types of messages and diverts them to different tabs: Virus, Banned, Bad Mime and Blocked. For messages diverted to Virus and Banned, Mailroute sends a separate warning email. I've never seen anything for Bad Mime and never had anything in that tab so I don't know what happens to those.
This leaves "Blocked". According to tech support, these messages are diverted because they match an internal blocklist, over which the user has no control. Recently I was missing a couple of emails from known senders, and I found them in the Blocked tab. Curiously, other messages, before and after the missing ones, were correctly delivered.
This is a huge usability issue. Mailroute blocked messages *SILENTLY*. I receive notification of every other diverted message, either by the daily summary or an explicit warning email, but I am not notified when messages are blocked by a filter I don't control. So now I have to make a point of adding an extra step to visit the Blocked tab every day.
I would like to strongly request that Mailroute change the daily summary report to include ALL blocked messages. It should not be possible for emails to "fall into the cracks".
