Domain quarantine on a single, scrollable webpage

I find that depending on my mouse placement, I sometimes accidentally scroll outside of the domain quarantine frame, causing me to scroll the main page, not the quarantine frame. Also, I find the default setting of having to click the arrow to view the next page rather limiting. From an administrative standpoint, I'd find it more user-friendly to have all quarantined message listed on a single, scrollable page, with no frames.

We're experimenting with a few different ideas - growing the grids when the window is resized, infinitely scrollable pages with dynamically loaded content, etc.
We hesitate to do one long list on a page. We have many domains that have hundreds of thousands of items quarantined at any given time.
We really want to make the site work better on different screensizes, and this is a key aspect to that effort.
