Ban specific foreign language

I'd like to be able to quarantine all emails in a specified foreign language or languages, or in all foreign languages. I get a lot of spam in Spanish that manages to get past MailRoute.

  For now: Please send a sample with a full header to support@mailroute.net. Also, forward spam to abuse@mailroute.net and we'll use it to train our filters.
