Blacklist option/link in Quarantine Report

I think it would be a useful feature to add a Blacklist/Block link in the quarantine report in addition to the current whitelist/release options.

  The emails in the quarantine are already considered spam and our filters have done their job.  There isn't any need to blacklist as they are already blacklisted by us.
