Modify Incoming External Emails With (Customer) Predefined Text
Hi,
Can the following request be implemented:
If an incoming email claims to be from the domain (or aliases) of the domains within MailRoute, a predefined text is inserted at the top email.
The way I see this feature being used (at least by us) is if an an email claims to be sent from our domain (note: internal emails do not flow through MailRoute in our case), we would add the text that says:
<hr/>
[EXTERNAL EMAIL]
Warning, this email claims to be from our domain but it is really coming from an outside source. Never click on links or open attachments if sender is unknown, and never provide user ID or password. Suspicious? Please report it to spam@<domain>.
Thank you

Hi Juan-
Can I say that we're thinking the same thing here? Watch for a new feature in the coming months that does this, and more.

Actually, since people can create a new Gmail or Yahoo email with the display name matching that of someone from the org, I think having the predefined text for all external messages would be better and not just for the domains listed within MailRoute.
