Recover + Whitelist on Notifications

Right now there is the Whitelist and a Recover option but not a Whitelist+Recover in one click like there is on the website.  Is it possible to add this to our notifications.  I've gotten this question at least 5 times in the last week.

  This was added in the December 2013 update to our quarantine notifications.
