Email Notifications for Blacklisted in the Quarantined email (or new email)

Some of our users whom we've given access to on MR, get the quarantined emails and no matter how many times we tell them to check the blacklisted, they rarely log in to the site to do so. Would it be possible to include the blacklisted in the email? This way they can see who the sender is / subject and hopefully take action by logging in to the site.  And potentially add recover/whitelist feature to the email but that could be a phase 2 or 3 if this is approved.

  This was marked as completed, but it doesn't seem to notify as to blacklisted messages.

  I believe that this should not have been marked "completed."

  I agree.  I do not see this feature on my admin console.
