April 20, 2016 - RESOLVED: Emails to Virus Folders

We are aware of email being sent to the virus quarantine. This is affecting a small percentage of users and we are working to reroute mail immediately.

No mail is being lost or bounced.

***On Apr 20, 2016, at 11:08 AM the issue was stopped and our engineers are working to release the emails.***

**** On Apr 20, 2016, at 11:38 AM;

The emails that were blocked by the bad av engine are being requeued and will be delivered in a few minutes.

All are being rescanned to be sure there's no other virus in there.  But the spam scanning is relaxed in order to assure that all proper mail is delivered.
**** On Apr 20, 2016, at 11:48 AM;
All quarantined emails erroneously quarantined as a virus have been delivered and removed from the virus quarantine folder.
