Feb. 1, 2016 - Temporary Delay for some customers

We are aware of a temporary delay in routing through a single cluster of machines within our network. This is affecting a small percentage of users and we are working to reroute mail immediately.

No mail is being lost or bounced. All mail is queuing and being rerouted to other machines, and will be cleared shortly.

Please subscribe to our help desk announcements for updates while we activate improvements.

Updates will also be posted here.

***Update at 13:54 UTC -08: The queues will be clear in about 90 minutes. You may receive some delayed email during this period as it moves off of our servers.

***Update at 15:41 UTC - 08: Everything queued up has been processed and delivered.  No mail was lost at any point in the process.

A similar thing happened just a few weeks ago and we were told emphatically that it wouldn't happen again.  What's the deal?  Honestly, I am just posting this to see if I get a notification, because I swore I was signed up for them, but I didn't get one for this announcement.

This is the second time in 60 days this has happened.

While each delay affected a very small percentage of customers, we've replaced a significant aspect of our monitoring system as a result.
