The architecture changes made yesterday will expose any incorrect configurations in your setup.
Verify that your mailserver and/or firewall are configured to accept email from 199.89.0.0/21 -- that's a block of 8 Class C networks. If your servers are set to accept mail only from 199.89.0.0/24 (the old Class C that we used to use to route relayed email), mail coming through our other datacenters will not reach you and will queue.
