The Quickbooks service by Intuit has recently become a target of spammers causing an increase in spam-generated email from their domain. This has resulted in a general score increase for messages from their email service.
As a result, various notifications, statements, and invoices were scored more highly than usual and this may have resulted in those messages being quarantined.
We have recovered all messages from August 1, 2023 onwards that have been incorrectly tagged as spam and have moved them to the Recovered tab of your MailRoute quarantine.
We are monitoring this issue to ensure legitimate messages are not blocked but the legitimate messages are relayed through to inboxes.
